Jackie has been watching our cat for several years now and we just couldn’t be more pleased with her services! It is so nice to be able to go away and not worry about our pet. When we return home, my cat has such a better demeanor and he isn’t so stressed. She takes pet sitting seriously and understands how hard it can be when people and pets are separated. For the past three years, we have entrusted the care of our two beloved cats with Jackie Thelen when we go out of town. They both LOVE her! And while one of our cats loves everyone, the other cat is extremely shy and hides from strangers. Except for Jackie! From Jackie’s first visit, our little girl didn’t run away and hide and actually trusted her. With previous sitters, she would hide for days. On the very first day, I was amazed when Jackie sent me a photo of her sitting calmly under a dining room chair. We now are able to leave for a few days knowing that both cats are receiving the best possible care from Jackie Thelen.
